ASSET MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYER REPRESENTATION

  • It includes the support services provided to investors for the solution of problems

      that may occur or exist during the operation, in terms of income / expense,

      per-room profitability and other income-generating segment evaluations.

 

      As the employer representative;

 

  • Negotiating with national or international hotel groups on behalf of the employer;

 

  • Conducting negotiations in order to obtain maximum benefit in terms of business

      and / or use of royalty and ensuring that the infrastructure of contracts is prepared;

 

  • Site-centered studies in all processes from purchase to manufacturing and acceptance during the construction phase;

 

  • Preparing the hotel for pre-opening;

 

  • Establishing operating systems that comply with brand requirements;

 

  • The employer acts on the establishment of the hotel team and the planning and delivery of training activities.
