that may occur or exist during the operation, in terms of income / expense,
per-room profitability and other income-generating segment evaluations.
As the employer representative;

Negotiating with national or international hotel groups on behalf of the employer;

Conducting negotiations in order to obtain maximum benefit in terms of business
and / or use of royalty and ensuring that the infrastructure of contracts is prepared;

Site-centered studies in all processes from purchase to manufacturing and acceptance during the construction phase;

Preparing the hotel for pre-opening;
-
Establishing operating systems that comply with brand requirements;
-
The employer acts on the establishment of the hotel team and the planning and delivery of training activities.
